If you want to visit the grandest mansion in Moldova, located in one of the most beautiful parks, you must reach Pommer's Mansion in Taul Park. Together with the mini zoo here, they are an attraction worthy of the 60 km road from La Fetești.
The park is one of the most successful creations of the well-known landscape architect I. Vladislavskii-Podalko, being founded in 1901-1904. According to several parameters, the park has no equal in the republic. In its center is a pond.
The dendrological collection consists of about 150 species of trees, shrubs and vines, of which more than 100 are exotic.
The park is conventionally divided at the top, where the village residence of the boyar Pommer was located, but also a whole network, dense with alleys with various floral arrangements and the bottom, which is more reminiscent of the forest, consisting of various groups of trees, features for different geographical areas. Being the largest in Moldova, Ţaul Park has an imposing multitude of alleys, paths and trails, the length of which reaches more than 12.5 km. Admission is free for all visitors.
